Closure and Detour Information

During construction, a full closure of the bridge is expected. The southbound traffic on Valley Parkway will be detoured to Shepard Lane to Mastick Road to Columbia Road to Cedar Point Road to Lewis Road to Barrett Road to Stafford Road, and in reverse for the northbound detour. See the detour graphic below for a map of the proposed route. The detour route is subject to change if Cuyahoga County's Cedar Point Road Bridge is open to traffic. To facilitate construction activities, the Valley Parkway Trail will be closed for the duration of construction. Access to the Trail outside of the construction limits will be maintained and the Trail traffic will be detoured when necessary.
